Carrot Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Set aside. Mix sugar, oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to wet.
Stir until moistened.
Spoon into well-greased muffin tins.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
