Chopped Italian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce, cut into 1-inch squares
    1/4 lb. pepperoni, chopped
    1/3 c. drained sliced pimentos (one 4 oz. jar)
    1/3 c. chopped red onion
    1 1/2 c. drained, rinsed and chopped canned artichoke hearts (one 15 oz. can)
Preparation
    Toss to combine all of the above ingredients.
