Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
2 medium onions, chopped
1 can mushrooms
salt and pepper
1 c. beef bouillon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown steak.
Add onion, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup. Simmer until meat is done.
Just before serving, add sour cream. Serve over noodles or wild rice.
