Chocolate Peanut Butter Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium size apples
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. peanut butter chips
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    You will need 6 to 8 wooden skewers.
    Wash and dry apples thoroughly.
    Insert a wooden skewer into each apple.
    Set aside. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter chips with oil in top of double boiler or a heavy 1 1/2 quart saucepan over low heat; stir constantly until smooth.
    Remove from heat; dip apples in mixture, tilting pan as needed.
    Twirl to remove excess coating; place apples on waxed-papered cookie sheet.
    Refrigerate until firm. Makes 6 to 8.
