Doug Hale'S Famous Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bottle La Choy soy sauce
    2 to 3 lb. rump roast, sliced thin to medium
    1/3 small bag brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except meat) in a large bowl.
    Mix very well.
    Add the sliced beef and soak for 30 to 45 minutes. Take out of mixture and put in a dehydrator for approximately 18 hours, rotating trays every three hours.
