Sweet Potato Pudding(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sweet potatoes, mashed (about 4 medium size)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes on Full power for 15 to 17 minutes. Combine all ingredients, blending well.
    Pour into an 8 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Spread topping over surface.
    Cook on 8th level of power for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Topping will harden into a crust as dish cools slightly.
