Guacamole Superior - Mexico - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 scallions, chopped
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
    1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
    2 Tbsp. grated jicama
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 c. medium-hot salsa
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced coriander
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. grated Monterey Jack
    1/4 c. minced skinned chorizo
    2 Tbsp. tequila
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel avocados and mash them coarse.
    Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
