Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. uncooked cut-up rhubarb, cut fine
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, sprinkle top with a little cinnamon and sugar and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
May be served with whipped topping (Cool Whip).
