Curry Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes herb Minute rice
    20 green olives
    20 black olives
    1 jar artichoke hearts
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    few green onions
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed. Cool.
    Chop olives and add to rice. Drain artichoke hearts, saving juice.
    Chop and add to rice.
