Cornbread Cake Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cornbread mix or your own recipe
    1 small pkg. sausage
    1 small onion
    1 green pepper
    2 small cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
    1 small box Kraft jalapeno cheese
Preparation
    Bake cornbread in 3 cake pans; cool.
    Brown sausage; add chopped onions, pepper, Ro-Tel tomatoes and jalapeno cheese.
    Cook until consistency of icing.
    Spread on each layer of cornbread. Will look like an iced cake.
    Cut in wedges to serve.
