Cream Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft butter
    1/3 c. heavy cream
    2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Chill.
    Roll out to 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut with 1 1/2-inch cookie cutter.
    Dip rounds on both sides in granulated sugar.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Prick with fork.
    Bake 7 to 9 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool and put 2 cookies together with filling.
