Crab Meat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stalk chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. flour (try a little less at first)
1 large can evaporated milk*
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. crab meat (3 cans or 2 c.)
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
