Lillian'S Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. ground mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dust of cayenne pepper
    6 tsp. butter
    6 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Stir the well beaten eggs, sugar, mustard, salt and cayenne. Cook in top of double boiler over medium flame.
    Stir constantly until starts to become creamy. When thickens, remove from heat and add the butter and vinegar.
