Enchiladas American Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortillas
    1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans), warmed
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce, warmed
    chopped onion
    chopped bell pepper
    grated cheese
    chopped lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Fry each tortilla in hot oil for 3 seconds.
    Drain.
    On individual plates, top each tortilla with chili and cheese.
    Repeat in layers several times.
    Final topping:
    Lettuce, tomato, pepper and onion.
    Cover with enchilada sauce.
    Serves 4.
