A Honeyed Meal Of Rice And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown rice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 cooking apples, cored and chopped
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions; melt butter.
    Add apples and honey.
    Cook and stir carefully until apples are tender, but still hold their shape, about 5 to 8 minutes.
    Stir in hot cooked rice, walnuts and celery.
    Sprinkle with orange peel. Makes 6 servings.
