Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 can creamed corn
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    1/4 c. diced jalapenos
    1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce (Texas Pete)
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. pimentos
    3 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cracklings (optional)
Preparation
    Blend all together on medium-high for 2 minutes or until well blended.
    Grease pan very well.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
