Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick in one or two pieces or flank steak
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    3 slices bacon, diced
    1/3 c. chopped pimento stuffed olives
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. capers
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. melted fat
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Treat beef with instant meat tenderizer following label directions.
    Combine next 6 ingredients; spread on steak.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion; fasten with string.
    Brown in hot fat. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
    Add water to cover bottom of pan.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/4 hours.
    Add more water during cooking if necessary.
    Serves 4.
