Uncle Bob'S Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 med. (8 lbs.) tomatoes (peeled)
    1/2 c. Green Peppers (diced)
    1/2 c. Onions (diced)
    1/2 c. Carrots (diced)
    1/4 c. Celery (diced)
    1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
    3 Tbsp. Vinegar
    1 c. Sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. Ground Cloves
    1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Hot Pepper Flakes
    Dash of Parsley Flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat until tomatoes reach desired thickness.
    Makes two quarts.
