Extra Good Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage (white)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs, hard-boiled
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into quarters.
    Allow to stand in cold water 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Shred fine, cover with the following dressing.
    Mix flour, sugar and mustard and set aside.
    Bring one cup water to boil, add vinegar and oil, add dry ingredients.
    Mash egg yolks with dressing.
    Chop egg whites with cabbage.
    Pour dressing over and season with salt and pepper to taste.
