Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 1/2 lb. lean ground meat or turkey meat
2 cans creamed corn
1 or 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation

Brown meat
and
onions;
add salt and pepper to taste. Prepare cornbread
mix
as per instructions on box.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake.
On top of cornbread mixture, spread cooked meat, then two cans of creamed corn.
Cover evenly with grated cheese.
Bake
at
375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then cover with foil and cook another 15 minutes so cheese does not burn.
