Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c sugar
1 1/4 c oil
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
2 c chopped apples or 2 apples
1 c chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients with mixer. Add apples and pecans. Stir with a spoon until mixed well. Bake on 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
