Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon flavored Jell-O
    1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. cream (whipping)
Preparation
    Place gelatin in bowl.
    Drain fruit.
    Heat 2/3 cup juice and pour over gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
    Add lemon juice and cheese, stirring until well blended.
    Add fruits and undrained pineapple.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in cream which has been whipped stiff.
    Chill.
