Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated potatoes
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients.
Place in a buttered casserole dish.
Top with corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup butter and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
This can be made ahead and refrigerated.
Top with corn flakes mixture just before baking.
