Fettucine With White Sauce #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g. noodles
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 red bell pepper to taste
    1 can tuna, drained and flaked
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 chicken flavor cubes, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. water
    1 (170 g.) can Nestle cream
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook noodles. Drain and set aside. Heat butter in skillet. Saute onion. Stir in red pepper, tuna and seasonings to taste. Pour in dissolved chicken bouillon. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in cream, half of the chopped parsley and half of the grated cheese. Blend in tuna mixture with noodles and place in Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
