Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. herb bread crumbs
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 large onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Accent
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Form bite-size balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve on warming tray or chafing dish.
Easily frozen and re-warmed.
Makes 100 balls.
