Chicken And Cheese Crescent(Chimichanga) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
    2 large cans Pillsbury quick crescent rolls
    1/2 c. salsa
    10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put turkey with legs facing you.
    Put fork in breast.
    Cut between thigh and body to joint.
    Cut through joint.
    Cut between thigh and drumstick to separate.
    Slice meat away from bone on drumstick and thigh.
    Put fork in upper wing.
    Make a horizontal cut above wing joint to remove wing.
    Cut through to wishbone. Slice 1/8-inch thick slices straight down breast, beginning 1/2 way up breast section.
