Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans beef broth
    1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Put butter and chopped onion in casserole.
    Heat until butter is melted.
    Add beef broth/bouillon and mushrooms (sliced and drained).
    Add raw rice.
    Cover and cook 30 to 45 minutes.
