Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. ground cabbage
    4 c. ground green tomatoes
    1 or 2 red bell peppers
    4 c. ground onions
    5 or 6 green peppers (bell)
    1/2 c. salt
    6 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Seal in jars while hot.
