Ingredients

1 lb. box large seashells
6 large potatoes
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
4 sticks oleo
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Boil shells until cooked.
Boil potatoes until done.
Drain, peel and mash.
Add Cheddar cheese to potatoes and 1 stick of oleo and mix well until blended.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fill shells to capacity with mixture and arrange in a shallow pan in a single layer.
Cook chopped onion in 3 sticks of oleo until wilted (not brown).
Then spoon over filled shells.
Cover pan and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
