Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
12 oz. imitation crabmeat
1 1/2 c. frozen Oriental-style vegetables
1/2 tsp. each: garlic powder and ground ginger
2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Add crabmeat and vegetables.
Stir over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
Add seasoning.
Cook 1 minute. Serve over rice and garnish with chow mein noodles.
Serves 3.
