4 c. fresh or frozen fruit
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix together in a 2 to 3-quart glass mixing bowl; microwave on High until almost thickened (stirring occasionally).
Pour into unbaked pie shell; add a pat of butter and cover with top crust. Bake in regular oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until crust is browned.
Fruit fillings will always be done if made this way.
