French Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. raw apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with a spoon. Do not use electric mixer. Pour in oblong or Bundt pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
