Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet potatoes
    1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
    2 eggs
    honey (optional)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. pecan chips
Preparation
    Drain most of the juice from the sweet potatoes.
    Whip so it is the consistency of mashed potatoes.
    Mix in cream, eggs, butter and cinnamon.
    Pour in baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with brown sugar (fairly heavy) and pecans.
    Drizzle with butter and honey.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let set for 10 minutes to firm up.
