Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 egg
    3 to 4 apples, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, egg and pineapple juice over low heat until thickened.
    Set aside to cool.
