My Grandmother'S Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Preparation
    Cut meat in 1 1/4-inch pieces, roll in flour and brown in large pan with margarine.
    Saute onions and mushrooms in drippings; add to meat with undiluted soup.
    Place in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until meat is tender, approximately 1 hour. In small pan, mix gravy mix, sour cream and wine.
    Stir over low heat until well combined.
    Add to casserole and serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
