Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. ground beef
 
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1 large can tomato juice
1 small can tomato paste
1 pkg. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Brown meat, powder, onion and bell pepper.
 
Drain and add tomato paste; simmer.
Stir in remaining ingredients and stir. Cover; simmer 30 minutes.
