Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breast
1 (12 to 16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
1 (12 to 16 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower
1 c. chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Set out broccoli and cauliflower to thaw while preparing chicken.
Cut chicken into small pieces.
In large no stick pan or wok, brown chicken over medium heat.
After chicken is cooked, add bouillon, vegetables and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil, then turn down to medium heat.
Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Dissolve cornstarch in 2 cups of cold water.
Add to chicken mixture.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over rice.
