Chinese Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    2 c. uncooked rice
    3 pkg. noodle soup mix (Lipton soup with chicken broth)
    8 c. water
    1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. sliced toasted almonds
Preparation
    Fry sausage and crumble; drain grease.
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well, cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
