Cinnamon Ornaments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. smooth applesauce
    1 large bottle cinnamon spice
Preparation
    Mix together into a stiff dough.
    Chill briefly.
    Roll out and cut with cookie cutters into desired shapes.
    Poke a hole (near the top of each ornament) with a straw.
    Let dry thoroughly (several days) on a rack.
    Thread with a ribbon for hanging.
