Honey, Thyme And Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe

1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. sherry or red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced scallions
1 Tbsp. dried thyme
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation

Whisk together yogurt, vinegar, honey, lemon juice, scallions, thyme, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup water.
Serve over assorted greens. Makes 2 cups.
