Simple Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 hard-cooked egg whites
    pepper to taste
    1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    paprika to taste
    radishes
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins until tender; peel and chop.
    Combine potatoes, celery, chopped egg whites, pepper, mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl; mix gently.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Chill until serving time.
    Garnish with radishes and sliced egg whites.
