Homemade Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cucumbers, chopped
    12 medium onions, sliced
    2 sticks celery
    1/2 c. salt
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    4 red peppers
    4 green peppers
Preparation
    Mix cucumbers, onions, celery and salt.
    Cover with water; let stand overnight, then drain.
    Chop all vegetables in blender. Cook for 20 minutes, until relish consistency.
    Stir regularly. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Makes 8 jars of 16 ounces each.
