Dieters Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. drained cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
    Beat egg yolks with salt until thick; add cottage cheese and flour, mixing lightly. Fold in egg whites.
    Melt half the butter in skillet or on griddle.
    Drop batter by spoonfuls onto skillet.
    Brown lightly on both sides.
    Add remaining butter as needed.
    Serve with maple or fruit sauce.
    Per serving: 115 calories.
    Yields 6.
