Italian Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage (mild or hot or both) sliced diagonally
2 large peppers (1 red and 1 green), cut lengthwise in 1/2 inch strips
1 large or small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Cook sausage in skillet until well browned on all sides.
(A combination of mild and hot sausage makes an extra flavorful dish.)
Pour off fat.
Add peppers, onion and oregano; toss with sausage and cook another 8 minutes.
