Five Hour No Peek Stew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. chopped celery
    6 carrots, sliced
    1 small chopped green pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cut in pieces
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 large chopped onion
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a deep casserole dish and bake for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
