Crunchy Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 lb. cucumbers, sliced or chunked
10 lb. sugar
1 gal. vinegar
4 Tbsp. pickling spices
1 c. lime for each gal. of water
Preparation

Cut cukes and soak in lime water (enough to cover) for 24 hours.
Rinse well in clear water.
Drain well.
