Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 med. sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1/2 cup sweet milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender; drain water off.
    Add margarine, sugar, eggs, and milk.
    Beat until there are no lumps.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. You can put coconut on top of the pies the last 15 mins. of cooking and let brown.
