Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 lb. hamburger
 
2 onions, cut fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 egg
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 medium can tomato paste
1 c. Minute rice
salt and pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all together well; roll into egg-size balls.
 
Line pan with foil.
Make a tent with foil on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
