Ritz Cracker Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes mini Ritz crackers
    2 c. salted dry roasted peanuts
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
Preparation
    Stir crackers and peanuts together in large baking dish.
    In heavy saucepan over medium heat, mix butter, sugar, and corn syrup.
    Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Boil 5 minutes. Pour over cracker mixture.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool on wax paper.
    Store in tightly covered container.
