Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) box orange or lime jello
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Preparation
    Heat pineapple in a medium or large pan until just bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in jello.
    Cool for 30 minutes.
    Stir in buttermilk and Cool Whip.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
    (May also add chopped nuts.)
